Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days within the United States from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control. Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days at hello@trylungwise.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. 4Health LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package has not arrived and tracking shows no movement for 14+ business days, contact us and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Order Cancellations If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for a refund of the product cost. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may still be eligible under our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@trylungwise.com if you need to cancel. Wrong Address If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is delivered to that address or returned to sender, 4Health LLC is not responsible.
